About Me.

My name is Felicia Landsberg and I am a seasoned Human Capital Practitioner with 15 years of experience as a Human Capital professional. I started a consulting firm at the beginning of the COVID pandemic

I have worked for and held senior positions in large corporates in the FMCG, Logistics, International Freight Forwarding and Pharmaceutical sectors. With top honors, I have completed Foundations of Commercial Law Practice and Individual Labour Law Practice at the Mandela Institute Law School at Witswaterand University. This is a professional training programme which allows me to represent clients, both employers and employees, at the CCMA and Bargaining counsels.

I am a black female owned business, and consult for organisations, executive management, human resources, and employee relations staff in the private and public sectors by drafting amongst others workplace policies, conducting disciplinary hearings, sexual harassment investigations and bespoke workplace training programs.

My skill set and expertise lies in all disciplines from Recruitment and Selection, Talent & Succession Planning, Learning and Development and Industrial Relations.
